Pulque Tour and Gastronomy  workshop

Enjoy a tour of the agave fields... 

The adventure begins with a visit to an agave field, where you will learn about the process of extracting mead, the fermentation of pulque and the wonders that are obtained from maguey, from food to textile fibers. 

You will enjoy the pre-Hispanic cuisine and prepare tortillas and salsa.

 

 

Departure from Mexico City Polanco, ave. Horacio and Lamartine 08.00 am.
